The CRM Data Loads Provided by Citylitics

The CRM Data Loading Program enhances the value of your delivered Intelligence by loading it into your system of record and ensure that Citylitics' data team maps all our Intelligence Report fields to your CRM. 

We provide 2 Data Load Options:

1. Self Service Model using a direct export of our intelligence
2. Full Service Data Mapping Process customized to our client's CRM configuration
   1. Best for clients that have a simple CRM configuration or have CRM administration resources to import the data file. 

Self Service Model

Delivering a CSV file that can be importing into Your CRM:

• Users can export directly from the Citylitics Intelligence Report Dashboard
• Any customer user can manipulate the flat file manually (column names, data format, etc) for CRM import
• Time-to-First Data Load: within 1 week of data availability on the Dashboard and confirmed start

Timeline for CRM Self-Service Option

Cost:  $1500 USD per year

Citylitics-Assisted Data Mapping Option

This Option includes a series of steps to deliver intelligence into a custom CRM implementation:

• Citylitics’ Data Team will complete the mapping of all Intelligence fields required by client over to their CRM schema based on direction from the customer
• Includes all Data Transformation efforts, Data Cleaning or Logic Programming required to calculate, modify, or combine any of our Report fields to support importing into your CRM objects
• Datatype Integrity Checking, testable loading file creation and Data Analyst Support all included to ensure a smooth initial loading into your CRM
• Time-to-First Data Load: 2-4 weeks
• Best for clients with customized CRM schema and resources dedicated to maintaining and administering the CRM system

CRM Data Loading Strategy – Key Steps

1. Intro Meeting and Share CRM Import Template with Citylitics to Map Data Schema
   This is to help accelerate the mapping/matching process between the delivered data and the receiving database.
2. Review a Citylitics generated Mapping File that Captures all Data Logic and Required Fields
   This Review is a walk-through to ensure all data transformations and fields are properly set.
3. Create a Test CSV file that has all the mapped fields and some Sample Data to test
   This will give your CRM administrator a chance to test the import workflow and report any issues.
4. Confirm Testing Complete and Sign-off on all mapped fields
   The CSV flatfile available after each report will follow the same format that is agreed upon. 
5. Recurring Delivery of CSV Flatfile after each report
   Once Mapping sign-off is complete, Citylitics will enable the custom CSV file to be downloaded from the Citylitics Platform Dashboard within 2 business days of each completed Citylitics Report

Timeline for CRM Data Mapping Option

Cost: $4500 USD for the first year, $1500 each subsequent year
(any changes to the CSV Data Format will require a change request and adjustment fee)
