Where Can I Log a Note or Activity?
The Log Activity section in the Citylitics Intelligence Platform allows you to log any specific notes, feedback, or actions (called, scheduled a meeting etc.) associated with an opportunity. You can find this section when you view a specific Opportunity (Single Opportunity View), as shown highlighted below.
Its important to note when logging any activities or notes, be sure to click Submit to save your work. If you click out of the Log Activity section, your notes will not save and will be lost.

How to Log an Activity or Note
In the section pictured above, click the "Log Activity" button. From here you will have the ability to log a call, email, meeting, having shared this opportunity or share any notes or feedback on the opportunity.

- Ability to Log if the Opportunity has been Shared Internally
- Ability to Log a Note
- Any Contact Associated
- Date of Logged Activity or Note
- Outcome of the Activity Logged
- Add any Notes or Feedback
How to Log a Call
Choose the Call option and choose the name of the contact you reached out to from the dropdown. Fill out the date, outcome of the call and you also have the option to add any relevant notes. Click Submit to save your Logged Activity and/or Note.
Choose a Contact
If the contact you reached out to is not an option in the dropdown, choose "Other" and type in the the name of the contact you reached out to in the Contact Name section as shown below. You may also leave the Contact Name section empty. Click Submit to save your Logged Activity and/or Note.

How to Log an Email
Choose Email and similar to above, fill out the contact field or choose "Other", the Outcome, and add a Note if necessary. Click Submit to save your Logged Activity and/or Note.
How to Log a Meeting:
Choose Meeting and similar to above, fill out the contact field or choose "Other", the Outcome, and add a Note if necessary. Click Submit to save your Logged Activity and/or Note.
How to Log that an Opportunity was Shared:
Choose Shared, in the contact field choose "Other", fill in the Outcome, and add a Note if necessary. Click Submit to save your Logged Activity and/or Note.
How to Log a Note:
When logging a Note, you can select the contact as "Other" and leave the contact name blank if there's no contact associated with your note. Remember to click Submit once you're finished with your Note to save.
When logging any activities or notes, be sure to click Submit to save your work. If you click out of the Log Activity section, your notes will not save and will be lost.
How to Edit an Activity or Note that has been Logged?
If you would like to edit your logged activity or notes, click the edit button as shown in the screenshot below.
From here, you can modify any of the fields and click submit to publish any changes made.
How to Remove a Logged Activity
To remove a logged activity, click "Remove" in the screenshot above. Click Remove once again to confirm the deletion of this activity.
