What Information is in an Opportunity? (Single Opportunity View)

To view a specific opportunity in a report, click on the View button found on the far right of the Opportunity. This will lead you to the Single Opportunity View, where you will find all the information associated with that specific opportunity. Below shows a breakdown of each section: 

1. Opportunity Name

2. Opportunity Details

3. Fast Feedback selections. These options allow you to quickly give your feedback on an opportunity:

Add to CRM: The opportunity has been flagged to be added to your CRM.

Thumbs Up: You'd like to see more opportunities like this one. 

Thumbs Down: The Opportunity/Insight is not relevant and will not be actioned. You do not want to see others like this. 

Bullseye: This is the exact type of opportunity (right timing/project type/dollar amount) you want to see in your reports. 

Add to Action List: This opportunity is marked for immediate action or follow-up (eg. you are planning to reach out, visit, or schedule a meeting).

Add to Future List: The opportunity is compelling but its not the time to act on it right now. You may continue to monitor until the timing is right.

7. Sales Stage - This section allows you to log the progression of the opportunity during the sales cycle. Upon clicking Update you may update the sales stage to Utility Response, Opp. Development, Approved, and Closed. 

8. Add Assignee - Assign the opportunity to someone on your team.

9. Log Activity - Log an activity (call, meetings) or a note/feedback about an opportunity.
