This article will walk through how to share intelligence with those outside of your organization, and how to generate a sharable and downloadable PDF.
On the Citylitics Intelligence Platform, there are two paths that you can take to generate a shareable and downloadable PDF.
Share Intelligence from the Intelligence Report Single Report View, or Indicator Feed Single Feed View
You can now select and share intelligence rom the Intelligence Report Single Report View, or Indicator Feed Single Feed view. To do so, please navigate to either view from the Citylitics Intelligence Platform. Upon selecting either a Single Intelligence Report, or Single Indicator Feed, you will now see a new multi select feature on the left hand side of this view.
Please select the opportunities that you are interested in sharing, and click the “share opportunities” button at the top left of the screen.
Upon clicking the “share opportunities” button at the top left of the screen, you will see the Share Opportunities Modal. In this modal, you will find two options.
Share Direct Link
You have the ability to copy a direct link to your PDF, feel free to copy this link and share directly. Upon clicking “copy”, this shareable URL will be copied to your clipboard. You can paste this directly to a any message or email.
Preview Your PDF
You also have the ability to preview your PDF, and download your file directly. Upon Clicking preview, a new tab will load in your browser where tour generated PDF will be visible.
Download a PDF Directly
From the share opportunities modal above, select “preview PDF”. Upon Clicking preview, a new tab will load in your browser where your generated PDF will be visible. If you would like to download or print this file directly, click the download or print icons on the top right corner of the screen.
Share Insights from the Intelligence Report Single Opportunity View, and the Indicator Feed Single Opportunity View
You now have the ability to generate a sharable PDF From the Single Opportunity view of either an Intelligence Report, or Indicator feed. To do so, navigate to a Single Opportunity view and click the share button at the top right hand corner of the screen. Upon clicking the share button, you will see the share opportunities modal (screenshot of modal is referenced earlier in this article).
