1. If you're a team manager and want to see which team members have been recently active on the platform:

  • Sort by Last Login Date to see which users have logged in most recently.

  • Filter out inactive users to focus on only the active team members.

2. Finding New Users

To identify new users who have recently joined the platform:

  • Sort the User Profile Creation Date in descending order to view the newest users first.

3. Mark Users as Inactive

If you need to address active users who should no longer have access to the Citylitics platform:

  • Apply the Active User filter to find a list of all users who are active and scan to see if any users should no longer have access.
