Our new Custom Tags Feature allows our Intelligence Team to categorize opportunities by terms that matter most to you and your team.
Categorize and keep track of opportunities using terms that matter most to you and your team. If your team is subscribed to Custom Tags, you will see them applied (where applicable) on the Citylitics Single Opportunity View. You and your team also have the ability to filter across all opportunities using your custom tags, via the Intelligence Report Dashboard.
How do I subscribe to Custom Team tags?

Can I create tags, or self tag opportunities?
Our Custom Tag feature does not yet support the ability for our customers to create tags on platform, or self tag opportunities. The Custom Tag feature currently enables our Intelligence Team to add an additional level of categorization on your behalf.
